The food sector is a late adopter of digital transformation and e-Commerce. Today, only about 2.5% of grocery sales in Switzerland are or- dered online. Changing consumer shopping habits and the rising importance of a healthy and sustainable consumer lifestyle are bringing the need for new food distribution models and product developments.
